I bet that Kirby needs no introduction, most of you are familiar with him. But for the younger to learn and the older to remember, Kirby is a... Well, I don't know what he is, but he's super cool. He can fly, he can copy the powers of his enemies, he can eat them and spit them and more that you'll find out once you play this great game.
Our pink friend runs through 7 Worlds each one divided in a set of levels. His goal is to face the evil King Dedede. The plot is simple and a little bit Zelda styled. King Dedede has stolen the Star Rod and has divided it into 7 pieces. He gave the pieces to his allies Whispy Woods, Paint Roller, Mr. Shine and Mr. Bright, Kracko, Heavy Mole, and Meta Knight, also keeping one for himself. So Kirby must get through these enemies to get the pieces of the Rod back and bring the Dreams back to the Dreamland.
The game has very bright, colourful graphics, Kirby's pink stands out right away and overal it gives a very nice cartoon-ish look. There are tons of abilities for Kirby to copy, as the game features a big variety of enemies. Tip: When you have knocked out a boss, suck him in to get his super abilities.
The music serves its purpose very well, giving the game a very jolly mood. The sound effects are nice, combined perfectly with what Kirby or the enemies do.
Conclusion: Kirby's Adventure is an excellent game, with save function that will take you a while to finish. It's one of the best NES games out there and a must have for every NES player. It's rated C (Uncommon) on the NES rarity list and you'll find it on eBay full with box and manual for about 60$.
